Polyester Staple Fiber is a synthetic fiber made from polyethylene terephthalate. It is manufactured by spinning polyester melt, followed by processes like drawing, crimping, and cutting into fibers of a specified length. It is one of the most fundamental and widely used chemical fibers in the textile industry.
Primary Application Areas
PSF is primarily used in spinning, where it is blended with other fibers to create yarns for weaving or knitting.
